There is a substantial amount of water draining down the western side of Powers Ferry Road north of Crest Valley. It appears to be coming from a pond behind a fence. The pond should have a drain to prevent overflow into the street. Maybe it's clogged? This water could freeze with these cold temps and cause serious problems. The road is steep and narrow and it's hard to avoid the water, what will happen when it freezes?
