Located on 8th Avenue between International and East 15th, Oakland, CA. Possible suspicious activity involving a group of 40-50 year old Asian men who don't live in the neighborhood. They have been gathering around for the past few months and loitering, with their cars that they park on private property, while littering and possible drug dealing on the properties of private residents. Witnessed secretive hand exchanging of possible drugs and money? They leave their trash on the properties and seem to accumulate a lot of junk which they leave on the properties or on their parked cars.
