It seems the same company did for landscaping at Walgreens and at Binnys on Clark. They created a slope in the landscaping, put a plastic sheet on top of the slope and then poured pebbles on top of the plastic sheet. The result is, of course, that the pebbles slide down onto the sidewalk. The sidewalk on Belmont on the south side of Walgreens east of Broadway is constantly full of rocks.
