this house sits on the corner and they have three vehicles from this address left for 4 plus months (11 months for the VW) on the side street Kansas. taking up much needed parking. they do not use or move these vehicles. the silver VW was parked previously for a year without moving. Opd got them to move for a short time and then it came back for good.
