Multiple times during the night the train passes this area and blows its whistle each time. This echoes through numerous neighborhoods for blocks. This wakes up my family (including small children) every night. We are unable to open our windows as this noise is very loud even with living many blocks away from the train track. If a lighting & gate system were in place, trains would not have the need to blow their whistles all night & into the early morning hrs.
