'stop if pedestrian in crossing' sign should not be in crosswalk if there is a traffic light at the intersection. I got pulled over for following the sign and stopping at a green light when a pedestrian was standing in the intersection. police told me the top if pedestrian in crossing' sign should not be in crosswalk at traffic light intersection. please remove.
