Beschreibung

Homeless man has taken up a position on corner of pine and 11th which is the corner of our building address of 1820 10th. He has much debris and mattresses located on the sidewalk and some on our property. He also has started a fire on September 21 at 2:25 pm in which some of our building was burned. Oakland fire did come out and douse the fire. He also is blocking the fire hydrant with debris.We need this person removed and debris cleaned out before we have injuries and or property damage.
