my ceiling caved in due to what I think is from repetitive bandaiding the a.c. vent pipes on the roof, Wich is a sponge. the manager knows and has been. they only put sheet rock up and this is the 3rd time in a year now the whole building is molded and mushrooms grow from ceiling.
