Why won’t it let me list the people I have contacted? WSOC, Mayor, School, NCDOT, Charlotte Transportaion.

I called Storm Water 980-314-3221 and they will do nothing even though we pay Storm Water Fees to them every year from the many houses in this neighborhood. I mentioned to them this is large enough for a child for animal to fall into and they did not care.
