From Arlington St looking in

I called Mr. Mee, director of DPW, and he told me basically that Watertown does not install new street lights. When I asked him if he was not concerned about the safety of his neighbors, he got really upset and started yelling at me on the phone. Very unprofessional.

Mee is retired in place. He never comes to work before noon.

He spends all his time at JD's.
