I beg you to improve the "one-way" signage on Franklin between 4th and Embarcadero. Signs are hard to see as most are posted under the overhanging roofs of the produce district. We need signs painted on pavement as well as more visible "do not enter" and "one-way" posted signs. I see multiple cars driving northbound on Franklin every day, endangering pedestrians and other car traffic. This has gotten noticeably worse with the increased traffic since Jan 1 to a popular cannabis dispensary on 4th St near Franklin.
