At this location on Benicia Rd. just East of Home Acres Ave. Vallejo city water dept has an abandoned structure, and pge has an easement under their high voltage lines. The weeds and trees are overgrown. Also, the neighboring church has let fall their tree cuttings in this area for someone else to pick up. Everything is very dry now.
