This house has been vacant and blighted for several decades. The windows are rotting out of the sills, and the garage is poorly boarded over, allowing access to animals that sometimes are trapped inside. The nextdoor neighbors have water issues due to the unkept gutters, and neighbors fear a fire may break out that will go uncontained because it is vacant.
