"Eddie" at the Mari Mart, 521 Ferry St, is not only running an illegal pawn shop operation, but he openly buys and sells stolen items. I recently had to encounter him to retrieve one of my items that was stolen from me. Fortunately I managed to get it back (had to BUY it from him), but I don't believe he is even a licensed pawn shop, and he CLEARLY should not be fencing items that are obviously stolen.
