property owner allowing drug addict grandson & homeless associates to live on property. they have built a shed in backyard for 2 homeless to sleep in, dug a hole in ground to make their own septic tank, spliced into home electricity with ordinary electrical cord for power in motorhome causing to fry circuit breaker for home electricity. has blocked exits (sliding glass door, garage door front & back of home with debry) renters in home are unable to get out in an emergency... I am worried for the safety of my home as well as for the woman renting a room inside the home at 29920 Illinois st.
the owner of the property Patricia Ann Boggs is a slumlord & needs to be held responsible for allowing this.
