F. Please provide a brief summary of your concern.
A. Patricia Boggs property owner of 29920 Illinois st. Lake Elsinore has her grandson Brandon Boggs living on rental property in motorhome along with other homeless people continuously coming & going of all hours. Illegally Brandon Boggs has tapped into home electricity with household extension cord blowing circuitbrackers, dug his own 55gl septic tank for motorhome usage. Trying to tap into homes waterline to use in motorhome. Besides squatting on property, illegally storing excessive junk, possibly stolen property, numerous unlicensed/uninsured drivers & registered vehicles on property, actually renters in home have had property & mail stolen by these squatters. Theses said people have no legal right on property, no mail comes for any of them, only said renters. Property owner has viciously verbally attacked renter inside home at late hours of the evening unannounced for complaints regarding said homeless squatters including grandson that allows homeless to come inside rental while renters are at work. Renter is in fear of retaliation. please help
