Water from an unknown source does not drain into the adjacent storm drain because the road surface slopes away from the drain. so instead of the water traveling along the curb, it crosses the road, freezes, and this morning a co-worker fell and hit her head because of the ice. It's not a puddle, it's a constant stream of water from an unknown source on Groton St.
