  On your question whether the dumped material is "in the middle of the roadway BLOCKING through traffic..."is no, BUT the logs can easily roll down the hill with strong winds and will therefore become an IMMEDIATE HAZARD for traffic on Castle Drive! Just waiting for it to happen and then it is too late. Why not prevent a hazard...?
