I know the area well. PLEASE support my issues here dealing with "MIA BROAD RIVER ROAD BRIDGE". We have waited 4 years, it's affecting all subdivisions, caused many accidents with 1 fatal as 1 car was hit in a chain reaction going over the bridge crashing against the rocks ending in the water dead, many people working at Richland Hospital use this bridge a lot, and traffic has a most difficult time from both sides off of Broad River Road trying to get onto Greystone Blvd. crossing 3 lanes of traffic at the light with no room to spare, traffic diverted for a while into our subdivisions and condos on or near the river have potholes and drain covers causing auto repairs, and we could have lost ours under repair when we had a heavy rain storm with a crane on a rubber barge tilting it towards the bridge that was almost done on the first side; it could have sent our bridge down the river to do damage to the rest of the city's bridges and I-126!!! Look me up at Anonymous 14. Have your friends VOTE for it to be completed. How many simple bridges without spans takes over 4 years to repair or rebuild?
