During the last "winter storm" I noticed the city was out filling potholes. As they were filling these holes the plows were right behind them digging the freshly filled holes right back up. That kinda made me mad. Wasting our tax money like that is just ubsurd. Do us all a favor and PAVE stillwater from essex st on up to texas road house. Fix the problem once and for all and quit wasting our damn money.
