To Whom It May Concern,
I have a person living next door to me and upstairs from me that both have dogs. The backyard of my residence is full of dog feces from the individuals dog that lives upstairs and the backyard of the house next door is full of dog feces as well. I need to know what recourse I have to get the individuals to clean up after their animals and stop the rats that are jumping around our premises, because of the condition of both yards. Please help with directing me with whom to call to get both individuals fined, and made to clean up after their animals. I can be contacted by phone at 313-334-9946. Please help.
