Never cleaned up in 2018..... maybe the trash will be removed before the leafs start growing in spring of 2019. We can only hope. Lol

I think Washington Blvd is on of the most littered street downtown. More effort needs to be made to keep it looking nice.

Street median filled with empty liquor bottles and trash. Zero clean up has been done. Looks terrible.
