Street was repaved in July 17. Tree boxes were destroyed by construction equipment. Area between 1702-1722 has no grass. When it rains there is mud runoff on sidewalks creating a slippery condition. Dog owners are using this area to allow their dogs to relieve themselves. Capital Improvement was the construction company. 19th Street had resurface work and sod was replaced in the tree box. I'm quite sure that money was provided in their contact for work that was done. Requesting a response please. Thanks
