This is an intersection that looks like it should be a four way stop. However, there's no stop sign set toward cars on 41st St, creating confusion and a danger for cars on Ellicott who may assume oncoming cars have to stop when they do not. Poor side visibility from parked cars exacerbates the problem even for those who know there's no 4-way stop but cannot see if cars are oncoming on 41st.
