The problem has gotten worse.

Water continues to collect here in large amounts a foot deep, and it is a huge swampy mess for mosquitos even when there hasn’t been rain for days. It is a big risk for people getting out of their cars. It smells bad. The resident pumps water from her basement and there is no place for the water to go because when new curbs were installed a year ago, the drainage pipe was blocked. The solution is simple — to drill a hole in the curb to allow the water to flow. Please help!
