Cycles for no reason. Stays green for less than one minute. All traffic signals from 5th street to 31st street do the same. 22nd street crosswalk goes off for no reason. Already reported a month ago, but no change. Not safe sitting at red lights at 4am on Pacific avenue for no other reason than they are on some auto cycle.
