If you are driving South on Harrison St and turning left onto Cary St, there is currently no green arrow, only a solid green light. In the mornings, lunch time, and evening commute, this lights backs up (sometimes even past Main St) with people waiting to turn left onto Cary. Usually there are cars parked along the street as well, and so no one can go straight at this light as they are waiting for people to turn left. Is it possible to do a study here for a green arrow? It would make a world of difference, as there really aren't any other cross streets along Cary that allow you to turn left on an arrow.
