This looks like a large puddle but its actually a swimming pool over flowing with filthy brown water. Its also a tragedy waiting to happen if a child wanders in off the side walk to investigate. As the photo shows the fence is down so this danger is easily accessible. The photo was taken this evening and the house may not be currently occupied. Therefore its urgent that the City address this asap.
