I've brought this up before. I still see people going up highland st when this is clearly a one way street at this intersection. Yesterday at 4:00pm in the afternoon a white honda came up in the wrong direction and nearly hit a car. There are two cameras there and I'm postive this was captured on the two cameras that the city has there. Can something be done? maybe some signage?
