homeowner parks their BMW blocking the entire sidewalk everyday -and they have an off street parking space! the only way to get past it is to walk out into Castro St with cars going 45mph. So much talk of "town love" and community in truth old time residents are just as unethical and unfriendly as anyone else. Parking Enforcement please help.
