The elm tree on the 1800 block of Hanover have numerous dead limbs. Today one of them fell narrowing missing an expensive Tesla automobile at the above address. I have sent messages through this application twice this summer about these dangerous limbs. If there is an Elm tree on 1800 block of Hanover, it has dead limbs in it. The mess had been picked up and place at the curb for yur disposal convenience.
