According to the service request, on 10/21/17 a crew repaired a 8X23 pothole. If this was not completed please advise and we will re-issue the request.
Can you please update me on the status of this ticket? This ticket is almost 6 months old and there has not been anything done to address the issue. Both potholes in this area have not been fixed.
Is there another way that I need to be submitting these requests to get them addressed? Is it better to go to the city directly?
Good morning! I just looked in the system and the request was closed with notes that the crew filled a pothole at that location on 12/6/17. I can reissue the request for you but for clarification, are these potholes at the intersection of Lenox Rd NE and Burke Rd NE/Plantation Dr NE? Also, are the potholes before the signal when heading north or when heading south?
Why am I getting so much pushback to get the road repaired? There are potholes on the road, exactly where they were pinpointed on the map. It is not possible to have someone drive on the road?
They are just south of the intersection of Lenox Rd. & Burke / Plantation Dr, in the north bound lanes.
Pothole 1 - Northbound Lane, directly outside the Le Chateau apartment complex. It appears to be a previously filled pot hole that needs to be repair again. (Picture Attached)
Pothole 2 - Northbound Lane, directly outside the Overlook at Lenox apartment complex. (Picture Attached).
Thank you for the information. I issued Service Request 1119905569 for the pothole outside the Le Chateau apartments to be attended to. The pothole in front of Overlook at Lenox is a water valve hole that's missing a lid and I issued Service Request 1119835460 for one to placed over it.
Can you please update me on the progress of these two service requests? As of today, nothing has been done for either issue.
Additionally, the issue with SR # 1119835460 has nothing to do with a missing pipe lid. The pipe sits too low in the ground. Rather than cars driving on top of the pipe, it too far down in the hole and the cars are just hitting a massive square cut out in the middle of the road at speed. Rather than replacing a lid, which will not accomplish anything to help the issue, is it possible to have the pipe fixed to sit flush with the rest of the road?
I see service request #1119905569 was closed advising the work was complete, is that not the case?
And as for the second request (SR#1119835460) is still in progress with a resolution scheduled for the middle of July.
