This is the response that was emailed to me and I haven't seen any changes and was told that public works doesn't veiw this site anyway but has access to the site ? I also was told that my case was assigned to a supervisor and crew and to give them a few weeks because of a back log of work to be done so Im still waiting

I was told when I inquired at a later date that I'm responsible for cutting the tree branches over my property line . I would need to hire a licensed contractor with a hydraulic cherry picker to trim back the branches which would cost me over $1000.00 for pruning a county tree how fair is that when I'm a tax payer

This tree is growing from the County Right Of Way and was once maintained by the County and now all of a sudden its my responsibility to maintain very large limbs growing from the right of way over my property what cjanged that shifts the County's responsibility to me.

If my comment is rejected than why ask ?

I haven't had time lately but I plan to request that supervisor come out to my home to explain to me why what I fell is their responsibility is now my responsibility
