citizen called to inform street light out---- location E 33rd st, possibly near bus stop. citizen is requesting repair asap, due to safety issues; light was replaced last week and now light is low beam resulting in flickering . sometimes bus wont stop for pickup due to night vision; light is very low beam. bob valanti 804-6688449. he stated has spoken to representative in street lighting before..
