People in charge of this illegally parked rv are using the street as their bathroom. This is in front of the Yu Ming, formerly st Martin de porres elementary school. Please ticket and fine this rv for putting human waste and garbage in the street. This is a 2 hour residential zone and the trailer has been illegally parked and dumping their literal sh*# for over a week. Please do something!
