In the time this item was "acknowledged", "accepted " for action and subsequently assigned a number, was less time than it takes to order and eat a happy meal. Looking over into the property at this time and there sit individuals who are openly drinking. None of the trash and makeshift housing, i.e. Chair, roof and bedding have been removed.

Another view

Police and residents are working to clear this property as no one from the City Inspectors office is enforcing City code in regards to dumping. Police enforcing trespassers. Health Department has been notified concerning used condoms/syringes.

Neighbors are getting together to chop down brambles and bushes as well as safely remove used condoms/syringes which will be delivered to the local fire station or hospital
