WorkPermit was granted for installing exterior siding, finishing exterior flooring, interior/exterior painting and replacing a few porch boards.
CURRENT CONDITION!!

The house is a TOTAL gut. The exterior walls are being shored up by 2x4's within the interior.

You can look straight up through the roof from the first floor as there is NO second floor.

What is holding the roof up? There are no rafters .... just an A frame pitch.

The roof could fall in on itself bringing with it the entire structure.

Today Electricians have arrived [not on work permit].

Permit that is posted is indicating a light remodel however the owner has had the entire building gutted out.
City Inspector needs to visit and shut down this job until such time that the proper permit is issued and the building is secured for safety of both the workers that enter the building and that of the neighbors passing by who are subject to flying glass and debris should the building collapse.
