I had issues last fall where they didnt pick them up and I had to email DWP directly; they sent a truck later in the day to get the bags.

Forgot to say that the Trash Co. doesnt take the lawn bags, Chelsea DPW picks them at a later time of the (trash pick-up) day.

The trash company does in fact pick up the yard waste after they are done with the trash and recycling since they can't mix it in together. Obviously they must have missed your house. I would call the dpw and inform them that your house was missed and I'm sure they will let the trash company know
