This has not been fixed. I don think SeeClickFix should 'close' an issue until it is fixed.

Sorry...this is not something we have jurisdiction over nor do we have control of when the repairs are made. It is not even on the City right-of-way but is on private property. All we can do is notify the company that owns the equipment. There is no purpose served by leaving the SCF issue open when the company responsible does not track See Click Fix inquiries. Our suggestion is that you contact them directly. We have notified them and will do so again. From the photo it appears this is either cable or telephone. We will notify all the companies but suggest you do the same.
