Not sure PW can handle this as it's on private property. I (Krista Gulbransen) have contacted our rep at Libby Schaaf's office to see if she and I can work on it. I've been in contact with some of these apartment owners over the years. Please contact me on the NCPC listserv if you are willing to give me more info on the matter. I'd like to know what the property owner said when contacted a month ago.

City of Oakland Public Works Agency addressed this issue on 01/07/2013, service request # 439711.

Issue has not been addressed. If another agency needs to be contacted since this is on private property, please let me know.

I was told by Libby Schaaf's office that Public Works would investigate, contact the owner and give them time to rectify the problem. This may be why PW has shown it as closed in the system. Because they did their part of the job which was to investigate and notify. I agreed to let three weeks pass and check on the problem and then contact Libby's office once more if the problem doesn't get resolved.
