Stop needed on corner of Grove Circle and S Kerema Ave before crosswalk where kids cross to park. Traffic flys around Grove Circle. Also illegal parking when Softball Games are playing needs to be monitored. People park on corners of roads, in front of fire hydrants on adjoining streets and on the left side of road at park were parking is prohibited. Garbage is often dumped at curbsides.
