I live at the Courtyard on Kirkwood in an apartment/condo community and recently the property was sold by RAF to the new owners and they have hired a property mgmt company Greenleaf Property MGMT to handle the property. However, they have not been very responsive to our concerns with situations on the property. The lawn is a disaster since it has not been mowed since they tool over 4 weeks ago; all the debris and branches form the trees (pollen) is everywhere and they are piling branches by the dumpster (mulch is everywhere too). Several residents have emailed them to complain aobut the lawn (and other issues) and their response is that the "normal" lawn care company they hire gave them a really high quote and they are trying to figure out why, but this is inexcusable. they should either pay the price temporarily or find someone else ASAP> it is a hazard to our health there. they get terrible reviews and they don't care in general and the new official owners have yet to intervene or make know who theya re at this point.
Can they be cited for the lawn being overgorwn, etc?
