The DPW can't help you Mayor. The DPW is aware of the problem but their hands are tied, you tied them. You hired outside contractors to do the work. Pull the financial report and records of work done on this street all summer long and the number of time it was dug up and re-paved (at least 6-8 times) working on water pipe issues, never the storm drain issues even though the neighbors told them time after time after time that storm drains was the problem as well as calls to you office advising same! Who knows better than the residents?? A day and a half after the rain, the flooding remains as well as back yards and then after the sun soaks it all up, mother nature does her job and you think it's solved and close the ticket??? Refer to similar reports, cross reference old reports and same reports from neighbors. This isn't rocket science!

Patios you hit the nail right on the head! We have been complaining about storm drain issues for years and what does the city fix? The water and sewer lines! And while fixing those lines they made the storm drainage issue much worse!

The water department is closing this ticket along with internal work order #28646. There are multiple tickets open for the same issue for that area. We are working to alleviate the drainage problem in the area. We are going to keep Seeclickfix ID #2710366 along with internal Work Order ID # 23031 open to be able to provide updates
