Thanks for the additional info. Data collection is in progress. Beth will also add this location to list for temporary pedestrian centerline sign. These signs will be placed in mid-May for approximately 4 weeks then moved to other locations throughout the city.

Approach counts have been ordered at this intersection to determine if an all way stop is appropriate
through a process called warrants. Study completion may take 2-6 weeks, depending on other studies ahead of it. Please contact Traffic Engineering at 651-266-6200 for more information.

May I also add that cars traveling North on Cedar are hard to see or sometimes not seen at all when turning right and/or left from Charles Ave because of the cars parked along Cedar. Some days you have to inch up past the stop sign in order to see on going traffic traveling North and South onto Cedar. (There is also telephone pole on the corner of Cedar and Charles) in the line of site along with shrubs that makes it very difficult to see on going traffic traveling North. I hope this helps.
