Beschreibung
The sidewalk on the north side of Crown Street between North Front and John Streets, at the rear of the parking lot for the BSP theater, is unwalkable. It looks like it's been jackhammered or blasted apart with explosives. The pits and craters in what once was concrete are littered with rubble and broken glass. Pedestrians routinely walk in the street to avoid the spot, and a woman in high heels would be taking her life in her hands to try to traverse it.

I know this is not the eason to fix this, but the problem clearly has not been addressed and need to be fixed in the spring.
Note - this is NOT the parking lots for BSP - this parking lots is owned by Mike Spada Sr, and he is a disgrace to this community in the way he completely neglects his properties in uptown. We need to collectively put pressure on him and encourage the city to crack down on his violation of city ordanances to maintain proper sidewalks and proper appearnace of his buildings.

So is there anyone else out there who would like to see this fixed? I may take this on once Green Street is paved. I'd like to see a grant to repair a bunch of the historical sidewalks (brick and bluestone) - but we need to get owner commitment or something.
Please share your thoughts! Technically the sidewalks are the responsibility of the property owners. But too many property owners don't care. Please vote to support!
