OPD needs to cite them and give them community service. Most will leave town before they have to clean up after themselves or do any work.

THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. Why you closing it? are you kidding me.. you keep trying to close this ticket when the problem just gets worse, since you people don't understand the basic understanding of the problem - HOMELESS are living on the sidewalk, they do not have the understanding of ether keeping the area clean and where they use the bathroom. LET ME TELL YOU - THEY USE THE SIDEWALK FOR BOTH. Tax payers have to use the street as a sidewalk. Have you walked down 7th street in the morning and at night? Its a main in and out from the city. If I get hit, I am warning you that I will sue. KEEP IT OPEN
