I received a parking tag on Queen W saying I had parked at non permitted time (a code 5 I believe)., That was not the case - my meter ticket had simply expired but this was still a legal time to park. So I went to research the codes on the parking tickets and try as I might could not find a list of what code means what...so I emailed 311. They were very quick to respond and indicated: 1) there was still (!!!) no consolidated or standardized list of parking fine codes post Amalgamation (!!), 2) they did not the answer to my specific question - was my ticket validly issued or not but advised me to email parking tags....that produced absolutely no response so given the time limit on appealing the ticket, I ultimately had to pay with no satisfaction at all - I still don;t know if my ticket was valid and had no way at all to find out.....
