there are 2 parking lots @ the senior center. the lower one (chestnut street side) has been dangerous walking for elderly people for the past week because you gave it a cursory plowing once, and no sanding.
I know you have a limited staff & budget, but one or two liability lawsuits would drive the city deeper into the hole. salt won't help 'cause it'll re-freeze. sand is cheap. drop a bag or 2 on it when the cars aren't there. thanx.
