There is excessive trash (beer cans, half-empty food and beverage containers, other miscellaneous trash thrown out of car windows) and debris (rotting leaves, branches) along the side of Crestview Rd. between Government Rd. and 37th St. The excess trash encourages motorists and pedestrians to continue dumping their trash on the side of the road by the woods along Crestview Rd. This in turn encourages animal pests, foul smells, and unpleasant pedestrian environment.
