This particular property is a privately owned apartment building the owner lives in California

The owner or property manager has to call and make arrangements to have this dumpster picked up. By having the bed mattresses' in the dumpster is the reason we can't pick it up. Furniture don't belong in the dumpster which cause the dumpster to be in violation of pick-up.
